A Google Apps Script pipeline that scans nursing-staff emails every hour, pulls student, restriction, and clearance-date details out of the subject and body, then renders a color-coded red/yellow/green dashboard directly in Google Sheets, auto-labeling each thread as it's processed so nothing gets double-logged. A 7am daily digest emails the instructor a plain-language summary of every active restriction before first period starts. Deterministic string parsing and time-driven triggers, no AI, just custom code built to do one job well. Replaced a daily manual inbox search, saving 15-20 minutes every morning while cutting the risk of a missed restriction.
